Not normally. Since there is virtually always a quick changeover, as there are no fixed start times, a place should always be or become available relatively quickly. In addition, the number of members per studio is limited so that you can enjoy training with as little waiting time as possible. Once the limit is reached, there is a registration freeze or a waiting list for new members.

Yes, the training is highly effective—several scientific studies have proven this. Since you do strength and cardio training at the same time in our 20-minute sessions, this actually corresponds to a training effort of 40 minutes (20 minutes of cardio and then another 20 minutes of strength training). In addition, there is no time wasted changing equipment, taking breaks where many people play around on their cell phones, etc. Our training is therefore highly efficient compared to a normal training program at the gym. With 2-3 20-minute full-body workouts per week, you have an optimal training volume that is sufficient to achieve your goals – keyword: Pareto principle.

02 Membership

You must be at least 18 years old.

Yes, you can book a free trial session at any time.

We offer annual memberships and monthly memberships that can be canceled at any time.

We only charge a one-time activation fee. You won't find any annual service fees or other hidden costs with us.

03 Studios & Facilities

We are available for you daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Yes, individual changing rooms are available for your privacy.

These are not included in our concept; most of our members live relatively close to the studio and prefer to shower comfortably in their own homes.

04 Security

YES. You can only access the studio with an access code. In addition, our studio is monitored by video surveillance.
